Granola Cups Ingredients: For the granola cups: 2 cups rolled oats 1/2 cup almond flour (or whole wheat flour) 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted) 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp salt For the filling (optional): Greek yogurt, or any plant-based yogurt Fresh berries or other fruit (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, etc.) Nut butter (optional) Instructions: Preheat the oven : Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
